How do I get information from you about my title?

My car is paid off. I misplaced my title & I'm trying to give the car to my daughter.

But the tags office won't let me transfer the the information without cifi permission. I have to give them proof that the car is paid off

Unfortunately, CitiFinancial Auto does not provide any information on how to get a new title on the company website. According to the customer's comments at complaintsboard.com, CitiFinancial Auto can sign a released lien form for you to take to the dmv and allow you to file for a lost title.
