Posting here will not get you to CF Auto.CitiFinancial Auto is a different company than CitiFinancial Servicing. They went out of business over 10 years ago.

The only way to get to anyone who can help with CF Auto is to email cfaautoitems@citi.com.

They don't have a phone number anymore. CF Servicing is nice but when people call them about CF Auto, deposit accounts, or credit cards, they will send you to the different company you had the loan/acct with.

CitiFinancial Auto review: Not the same as CitiFinancial Servicing

Using this website, I called CitiFinancial Servicing numerous times because I thought they were the same as CitiFinancial Auto. Turns out they are not. This site is lumping the two companies together as one and that's why its so confusing. CitiFinancial Servicing only did mortgages and personal loans. I needed CitiFinancial Auto. To get to CitiFinancial Auto, you have to email them because they don't have a way to talk to them. I emailed CitiFinancial Auto and got my title release. The young lady said that CitiFinancial Auto can help with Auto One Acceptance Corp, Arcadia Financial, Olympic Financial, TranSouth Financial Corp, and First American Bank (I took notes so I could post it here). Email CitiFinancial Auto at cfaautoitems@citi.com.

CitiFinancial Auto review: Did Citifinancial leave the country?

My car has been paid off for five years. Here I am with a lien on MY vehicle from Citifinancial Auto! :( I tried to call this company's customer service number, but it so happens that it is another company. This company is shady and horrible. You can't even find a contact number to reach them! Are they out of the country or something? All I know is that I am pissed! This is soooo trifling.

CitiFinancial Auto review: CitiFinancial - Vehicle Title Review from Houston, Texas

Due to Citifinancial Auto changing hands over to Santander USA long ago; people cannot obtain original lienholder information. They still have documents that have not been removed by their business. People are desperately try to receive duplicate copies of the original "vehicle title!" The original signed release of title has to be on a company letterhead by Citifinancial Auto. On top if that..... it cannot be faxed, scanned or copies!!!! Listen all.......remember they were one of the greedy companies during the 2008- 2009 "Wall Street" economy downsizing that left people without homes, jobs and starvation. "Good luck doing business with them!!!!"

CitiFinancial Auto review in Ocala, Florida: Paid off loan as contracted

I had a loan with Citifinancial Auto. The terms were 189.00 for 72 months with contract maturity date of 1 March 2012. On March 1st they auto drafted my payment as they had for every month fornthe past 72 months. On April 1st they drafted a 73rd payment! I called them to complain and ask for my title/lein release. Theybtryed telling me that the eztra payment was for "residual accumulated interest" I asked how that could be as I had a FIXED APR AND CONTRACT. Nobody would give me a straight answer. All 72 payments where auto drafted, never deffered nor "bounced/rejected", a supervisor agreed the contract was paid as required and would be cleared up. I never heard from them again. Two weeks ago I tried to register the car for my daughter and get new plates (we had transferred the plates to a new car for my wife) but the DMV denied my request claiming Citi still had a lein on the vehicle! Afterv12 calls I still have NO RESOLUTION AND THEY NOW CLAIM I OWE OVER $2100 IN LATE FEES AND FINES on an "EXTRA" $109 that was till owed on the original contract even after ILLEGALLY drafting an extra payment 2 YEARS AGO! I'm once again going round and round with these people and have once again been promised TWICE by a "SUPERVISOR" that they will clear this up.......STILL WAITING! !!

@Lulu

I am going thru the same nightmare with these folks. Try calling Coppell TX....1-800-922-6235.

Be prepared to wait awhile till someone answers. If you are patient and nice the person answering might show you mercy and will take your information, which is then sent to a person in a archive unit. That person will look up your original loan and if all of the Ts are crossed and eyes dotted they just might go to their computer....after they call their grand daughter for a half an hour.....and release your lean! I've had to call several times but I finally spoke to a young man who looked up my info and said things back to me such as the VIN # of the car and the date the loan was started so I knew we were making progress.

After I told him I would remember him in my will and thanked him I hung up and crossed my fingers and toes that all will be OK.

That was a week ago...a few more days and we'll be golden or mud covered!! Good luck

Citifinancial Auto

I am in a dilemia, Paid off loan and received to clear title to car with lein removed. Have been trying for 2 years. I am looking to trading cars and this is a problem. Citifinancial is still in business, but no phone numbers to be found even on internet. If you call you just get the run around. I am now turning this over to The Secretary of State as a customer problelm and will probably be filing papers in court. Do not deal with this fly by night company or beware, because service is terrible once they get your money.
