I need the lien release for a vehicle financed by CitiFinancial Auto. The Dept.
of Motor vehicle for the state of North Carolina reported the letter written by Vice President William Burns was not specify enough for them to release the lien on the car. Several attempts have being made using contacts numbers on web provided by CitiFinancial to talk with someone to help get the lien removed from the vehicle's information listed above.
There are no physical location in my area and the contacts called from coast to coast were not able to take any action or provide the needed information for the lien release on the car. If you can provide the needed information or perform the lien release/no interest release for the vehicle in question this would provide needed action for use of this vehicle.

Lein release
Need to get lean release
I bought a car from this lady Ms Harris and she didn't have the title she couldn't find the titles so she said she going to have to look for the titles but we did a bill of sale and loaded on a piece of paper well it's been over 2 years now and she still ain't found the titles and I'm trying to get arrested for my daughter what they saying can't get arrested cuz it's still in her name so what I did was I sent out for a loss title and they said Celine on it y'all got to lean on this 2007 Ford Taurus so I'm trying to see is it a lien on it or what's going on so I can get the tags for my daughter
